Wise Women Who Are Uplifting the World

A chronicle of women whose lives are a testament to uplifting the world. I am pleased to present the wonderful wise women whom I either know personally or whose work I know of and feel deliver a tremendous benefit to others. Birds of a feather flock together and we are the company we keep. My wise woman words are: Keep ONLY good company.

Lucinda Bassett certainly deserves to be on your Wise Women roster! If you've not already profiled her, I recommend Geneen Roth, who took a similar path to both Lucinda and Jennifer Louden -- Geneen first focused on healing herself, then wrote books about that process (with a mind to help others help themselves), and now teaches workshops. A hero to me for her self-created success.

I'm glad to have found your blog. I found it while doing a search on the use of yoga to treat codependency issues.

I write a blog for people who were raised in alcoholic families and want to repair themselves.
