Barbara McDowall
Barbara McDowall is a spiritual coach, interfaith minister, and human rights advocate. She is dedicated to helping people awaken to the miracle of living a conscious, authentic and fulfilling life. Barbara has the knowledge, skills, experience and wisdom to guide people to a place of choice, clarity and confidence in their lives and work.
In 1999, she founded Authentic Lives, a company offering spiritual coaching to individuals, couples and groups who are seeking answers to some of life’s most challenging questions. Authentic Lives also hosts and conducts a variety of workshops and retreats focused on empowerment, change, conscious and authentic living, grief and loss, human rights and inclusive spirituality. In 2003, she completed her studies with The New Seminary (NYC) and is an ordained interfaith minister.
Barbara portfolio has expanded to include grief and loss counselling and bereavement support. In addition, she performs civil, spiritual and interfaith wedding ceremonies for all couples at the location of their choice. Barbara is also a former Program Coordinator and Deacon with Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto.
Gail Donnelly
Gail Donnelly is a group facilitator, trainer and life skills coach dedicated to empowering others to be their true, authentic self. Her strong management and training abilities acquired while in the emergency medical field are evident in her work as a facilitator and life skills coach.
Together, Gail and her spouse, Barbara, develop and facilitate circles and workshops with a focus on personal and spiritual growth.
She is currently a Communications Training Officer with Ministry of Health responsible for developing, delivering, evaluating and monitoring training programs throughout the Province of Ontario.
Gail is a graduate of the Life Skills Coaches Training with YWCA and trained with the School of Etheric Healing in Toronto.
She is a former Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteer Recognition Coordinator with Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto and a former member of Toastmasters International.
